Well, Montenegro has voted to split from Serbia, as the BBC reports here. Jolly good for them and all that, but has anyone considered the most pressing issue on my mind in this time? It's effect on Eurovision. Another Balkan state giving 12 points to its neighbours all the time, and increasing the amount of time the competition takes by for ever. Oh well.
